This workshop revisits the successful and oversubscribed event held last year with the same name. Workshop participants will explore effective influencing skills, sources of power and methods which repository managers can use to influence key people in their institutions. The day will include the opportunity to put these new skills into practice and also approaches to effectively handling common objections.
